Policy

Things to think about before getting *just* ONE!

Do you have the time to spend daily with this animal?

Do you have allergies to any animals & or other animal ralated things?

Do you have other pets that could come in the way of your care to THIS animal?

Will your other pet get along with THIS animal?

Can you spend time with your new pet out of the cage so it can receive the proper 'run free' time?

Have you REALLY thought about what it takes to be a breeder?(& or just breed one pair?)

Do you have the money to provide proper Vet. care, & unexpected Vet. visits you may have?

Do you have the proper housing & accessories?

Will you have the money to keep providing food, toys, Etc, Etc, Etc for your animal?

Do you realize that you will be the sole care giver to this animal for an extended amount of years to come.. Remember an animal is NOT just for a few weeks!

There are A LOT of questions you need to take into consideration before getting a new life to provide & care for

*I have the right to refuse the sale of any of my animals to any customer if I feel it's in the best interest of that animal.*

*I accept CASH ONLY for payment of the animal & for deposits will accept a personal check, cash, or money order.*

*PLEASE note, you are also required to sign a contract before taking your new pet home!*

Driving policy

Chris & I will drive a half hour to an hour away from our home free of charge!(depending on where you are coming from.) Every hour after the set number of hours we have agreed to drive we will charge $20.00($10.00 for the hour there & $10.00 for the hour home.)

For instance if we agree to drive 1 hour to meet you(free) & you need us to go a total of 3 hours we will charge for 2 hours.($40.00)

If you are close enough to stop by, please feel free to ask about stopping out to see our chinchillas. We will then set up a time for you to come take a look.

Adoption pick up policy

When you place an animal on hold, (normally a baby) i will ask that you pick that animal up the weekend they are weanable.(or if they are older, the date i have discussed with you.) If you cannot make it I will raise the price $10.00 for another weeks holding fee & so on until you can pick up your animal. Of course, if I am the one that cannot make the meeting you will not have an extra fee.
